Types of Teeth Whitening

1. In-Office Bleaching Only : The price is THB 7,500/person, from the regular price of THB 12,000.
2. In-Office Bleaching For 2 : The price is THB 12,999 for 2 people, from the regular price of THB 24,000 (Voucher issuing is upon requested, if a patient require to transfer 2nd bleaching to other person or keep for later time. This voucher could be hold for one year long)
3. In-Office+Home Bleaching Package : The price is THB 10,000, from the regular price of THB 19,000.The package consists of  In-OfficeBleaching, upper and lower whitening trays and 2 syringes of  Opalescence Take Home Whitening Gels.
4. Home Bleaching Package The price is THB 3,200, from the regular price of THB 7,000. The package consists of upper and lower whitening trays and 2 syringes of concentrated Carbamide Peroxide solutions.

Before having the treatment, patients will be informed about pros, cons, and side effects of the treatment, and will be asked to sign the consent form.
